Who can apply for the service:
Students of technical and vocational (TVET) or post-secondary education institutions who belong to specific social categories, as well as individuals under guardianship, custody, or patronage.

Log in to college.snation.kz using your login and password
Your login is the phone number you provided during registration.

Submit an application for the public service
You can start the application in two ways: from the homepage by selecting “Public Services” or from your user profile by navigating to the appropriate section.

Attach the following documents
Based on the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 7, 2017 No. 396 "Provision of free meals to certain categories of citizens, as well as to persons under guardianship (custody) and patronage, who are students and trainees of technical and vocational, post-secondary, and higher education institutions."
Documents required to confirm the application:
a. Identity document of the service recipient (required for identity verification);
b. Application form;
c. Copies of birth certificates — for children from large families;
d. Electronic certificates confirming guardianship, custody, or patronage care — for orphans and children left without parental care, raised in families;
e. Copies of medical conclusions from the psychological-medical-pedagogical consultation — for children with developmental disabilities;
f. Electronic certificates confirming that the applicant (family) is a recipient of state targeted social assistance provided by local executive bodies — for children from families entitled to such assistance;
g. Income information (salaries of working parents or guardians, income from business or other activities, alimony received for children and other dependents) — for children from families not receiving targeted social assistance, where the average income per family member is below the subsistence minimum.
