Service delivery period:
For the training of mid-level specialists and applied bachelors in full-time education under the state order –
from June 25 to August 18 of the calendar year based on basic secondary education;
from June 25 to August 20 of the calendar year based on general secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary education;
on a paid basis – from June 25 to August 25 of the calendar year;
for evening and distance learning forms – from June 25 to September 20 of the calendar year;
for specialties requiring creative preparation – from June 25 to July 20 of the calendar year;
for pedagogical and medical specialties – from June 25 to August 15 of the calendar year;
For the training of qualified workers – from June 25 to August 25 of the calendar year,
for evening education – from June 25 to September 20 of the calendar year;
Who can apply for the service:
Applicants under 18 years of age with legal representatives, as well as applicants aged 18 and older independently.
Service process
To apply for admission to college, the following documents are required:
a. Application for admission in free form;
b. Education document in electronic format and its transcript;
c. Digital photograph sized 3x4 cm;
d. Electronic copies of medical certificates in the form No. 075-U (for persons with disabilities of groups I and II and persons with disabilities since childhood – conclusion of the medical-social expert commission);
e. Certificate of the Unified National Testing or Comprehensive Testing (if available);
f. Document confirming the right to benefits (if available).
g. Identity documents.
Foreigners and stateless persons must also provide:
h. Foreigner – residence permit of a foreigner in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
i. Stateless person – certificate of stateless person;
j. Refugee – refugee certificate;
k. Asylum seeker – certificate of asylum seeker;
l. Oralman – oralman certificate.
