Submit an application for the public service
You can start the application in two ways: from the homepage by selecting the “Public Services” menu or from your user profile by navigating to the relevant section.

Attach the following documents
Based on the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2017 No. 357 “On approval of the public service standard ‘Granting academic leave to students in educational institutions’”
To grant academic leave due to illness lasting from 6 to 12 months:
a. Application;
b. Medical advisory commission report from an outpatient clinic.
To grant academic leave due to tuberculosis for a period not exceeding 36 months:
c. Application;
d. Decision of the Centralized Medical Advisory Commission of a tuberculosis organization.
To grant academic leave until the child reaches the age of three:
e. Application;
f. Documents (certificate) of the child’s birth, adoption, or custody.
To grant academic leave to conscripted students:
g. Application;
h. Military draft notice.
