Transfer and reinstatement of students in educational institutions implementing technical and vocational, post-secondary education programs
Service delivery time:
Transfer from one major to another – 3 working days;
Transfer from one institution to another – 10 working days;
Transfer from paid education to state educational grant – 8 working days;
Transfer from one form of study to another in a different educational institution – 10 working days;
Reinstatement in another institution – 10 working days;
Transfer or reinstatement from a foreign educational institution to an educational institution of the Republic of Kazakhstan – 2 working days.
Who can apply for the service:
Individuals enrolled in college.

Submit an application for the public service
You can start the application in two ways: from the homepage by selecting the “Public Services” menu or from your user profile by navigating to the relevant section.

Attach the following documents
Based on the Order of the Acting Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 6, 2015 No. 627 "On approval of standards for public services in the field of technical and vocational, post-secondary education”
For transfer:
a. Application for transfer (in free form);
b. A copy of the student’s grade book (or academic record), certified by the signature of the head of the educational institution from which the student is transferring.
For reinstatement:
c. Application for reinstatement (in free form);
d. Certificate issued to persons who have not completed their education.
! Students on a paid basis who were expelled during the semester for non-payment must provide a document confirming repayment of the debt..
Note!
If the parents or legal guardians of a minor student move to another place of residence, the student may be transferred outside the vacation period upon submission of supporting documents.
Reinstatement of students expelled during the semester for non-payment, in case of debt repayment, is carried out within four weeks from the date of expulsion upon submission of a payment confirmation document, within three working days.
For transfer:
a. Application for transfer (in free form);
b. A copy of the student’s grade book (or academic record), certified by the signature of the head of the educational institution from which the student is transferring.

c. Application for reinstatement (in free form);
d. Certificate issued to persons who have not completed their education.
